Fforest Timber Engineering Ltd was established in January 1994. We are independent specialists offering high quality engineered timber products designed to meet customer’s specific requirements. We design and manufacture roof trusses, timber frame buildings, design and supply Easi joist floor system and a offer contracting service for site installation of our products. Our Welsh based company has a dedicated workforce which aims to provide our customers throughout South Wales, Mid Wales, West Wales, Herefordshire, Bristol, Gloucester and the South West with a professional service.

Wales and West Housing

Hughes Architects

Hughes Architects was founded in 2001 with the aim of providing excellent quality architectural services to Mid Wales and the Welsh Marches. Within 2 years we had grown to 12 staff and had projects in Nottingham all the way down to Southampton. While the geographical spread of our projects is vast our core values remain the same. But we don’t stop at being architects. We are also planning consultants, developers and project managers.

Mid-Wales Housing

Mid-Wales Housing Association was established in 1975 and has over 1600 properties throughout Powys and Ceredigion as well as a few properties in Shropshire. Operating from its Newtown Office, Mid-Wales Housing provides homes for rent. It has properties to suit families, single people of all ages including the elderly, as well as properties for people who may need care and support either occasionally or full time. It is run by a voluntary Board of Management who come from throughout the region of Mid-Wales and from a variety of backgrounds.

Vintage Joinery are a rapidly growing business built on quality and reputation. We believe in investing in our staff, producing quality, trained and skilled people for the future. Our aim is to produce the complete joinery package for our clients. We are a forward thinking company and are always looking to innovate for the future. Our projects include energy rated windows and passive house systems.

Bron Afon Community Housing

Bron Afon is a social enterprise that us run by staff and members who love making a difference to peoples lives. Our work covers construction, community regeneration, support and much more. We have been around since 2008 when Torfaen Council tenants voted for Bron Afon to be their new landlord. Since then we have been bringing their homes up to the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.

Andrew Bronwin and Company

Andrew Bronwin & Co Ltd is a firm of Chartered Foresters, located on the Wales / England border in Powys. Our extensive technical knowledge coupled with an attention to detail has enabled us to offer a quality bespoke woodland management service for over 15 years. Our clients include woodland and estate owners, local authorities and non government organisations. We recognise the importance of individually tailoring best silvicultural practice to the requirements of the woods and our close involvement with the timber markets is key to improving profitability.

Trivallis

In 2007, thousands of tenants voted to transfer the ownership and management of their homes from Rhondda Cynon Taf Council to Trivallis (formally RCT Homes). Trivallis was set up as Wales’s first community mutual housing organisation – a unique model promoted by the Welsh Government to produce community-owned-and-controlled housing. Being a community mutual also means that Trivallis is committed to much more than simply allocating housing and collecting rents. Trivallis promotes community involvement and supports economic regeneration and development of the communities it serves.

Natural Building Technologies (NBT) is the leading UK company selling and developing high performance sustainable building systems for construction. NBT works with clients, specifiers, contractors and partners to deliver better and more sustainable buildings in reality through cost effective systems, expert knowledge and full design and construction support. NBT are exclusive suppliers of the Pavatex range of wood fibre insulation boards.

Coastal Housing Group

Coastal Housing Group is a not-for-profit industrial and provident society, existing only for the benefit of the community, operating in Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, and Carmarthenshire. Coastal formed in 2008 after a merger between Swansea Housing Association (formed 1978) and Dewi Sant Housing Association (formed 1991) with the objective of regenerating older stock and building new houses.

We have over 5000 properties for rent and for sale.

To meet the challenges of sustainable growth Coastal has also developed a robust commercial portfolio that mirrors and supports the organisation’s ethos and values, leading the way with a programme of city/town centre mixed-use regeneration.
